Do I actually own the site?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and you get every login on the day it goes live. If you ever leave, you take the whole site with you and I'll help you move it.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The care plan is month to month and you can stop it whenever you like. There's no exit fee and nothing is held hostage.
Why is this so much cheaper than a Melbourne agency?
No office in the CBD, no account managers, no sales team taking a cut. You deal with me from the first chat to the day it goes live. The work is the same; the overheads aren't.
What if I need changes later?
Small day-to-day changes, like a new price or your Christmas hours, you make yourself in a couple of minutes. If you'd rather I did it, the care plan covers up to 30 minutes of small text and photo changes a month. Email me and they're usually done that day. Anything bigger gets quoted before I start, so you'll never get a surprise invoice.
Will it show up on Google?
It's set up for that from day one. Your pages are written around the words your customers actually type, like "physio Sunbury" rather than "wellness solutions", and your free Google Business Profile gets sorted at the same time. There's no monthly SEO fee, and no promise you'll be number one by Friday, because nobody honest can promise that.
Can older customers and people with a disability use it?
Yes, and it's worth caring about. Big clear text, enough contrast to read on a phone in the sun, buttons you can hit with a thumb, and it reads out properly for someone who can't see the screen. About one Australian in five has a disability. Most local sites shut them out without meaning to, and they ring the business whose site they could actually use.
Why do the AI extras cost a monthly fee?
Because they cost money every month to keep running. Every enquiry your site reads, sorts or answers is a charge on my account, and the models underneath them change often enough that someone has to watch it and fix it when it drifts. The $69 a month covers both, it's month to month, and you can stop it whenever you like.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks for most sites, from our first chat to going live. The slow part is almost always gathering photos and words, so I'll help you with that instead of waiting.
Do I have to be technical to run it?
No. If you can write an email, you can update the site. Posting news, changing a price or swapping a photo takes a couple of minutes, and there's a short written guide for the rest. Everything behind the scenes, the hosting, the backups, the security and the updates, is handled for you. You never have to think about any of it.
Do you only work in Sunbury?
Sunbury first, but I look after businesses across Diggers Rest, Bulla, Gisborne, Riddells Creek, Romsey and the Macedon Ranges, all within about half an hour of Sunbury.
