What moves the price
The “from” figures are the starting point for a site of that size. Two things push a quote above them, and I’ll tell you which apply before you commit:
- Page count. A five-page site for a sole trader and a forty-page site for a clinic with eight practitioners are not the same job.
- Extra features. Online bookings, a shop, a customer login, or connecting to a system you already use.
Two things that don’t change the price, because people assume they will: photography advice, and getting your Google Business Profile set up. Both are included.
What you pay, and when
Half to start, half when the site goes live. No deposit is taken until you’ve seen a written quote and a design you’re happy with.
The care plan is included for the first three months on Business and the first twelve on Business + AI. After that it’s $49 a month plus GST, month to month, and you can stop it whenever you like.
AI extras are $390 plus GST to set up, which falls in the same half-and-half split as the site, and $69 plus GST a month to run from the day it goes live. That monthly is the AI usage itself plus keeping it working as the models underneath it change. It’s month to month too.
Every figure on this page is before GST, and your written quote spells out the GST and the total. If you’re registered for GST yourself, my invoice is a tax invoice, so you claim that GST portion straight back and the real cost to you is the number you see here.
If you get to the design stage and decide it isn’t for you, you don’t owe me anything. Making something you don’t want doesn’t help either of us.
